In July of 2011 Sarah Adams of WCMU-TV and her cameraman visited the founders of the Mackinaw Area Historical Society.

Sarah produced an eight-minute episode that was aired as the premiere installment of WCMU’s "Destination Michigan" series that began Nov. 14. 

The segment will be repeated this year (dates to be announced).
