Are you passionate about history, the outdoors, or giving back to the community? Join the Mackinaw Area Historical Society as a volunteer and play a vital role in preserving our region’s rich heritage.

From guiding tours at Heritage Village to helping with special events, historical research, or hands-on restoration projects, there are countless ways to get involved. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to become a regular volunteer, your time and skills will make a lasting impact.

No experience? No problem! We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and provide training for those eager to learn.
